Vineyard Investment

Wine production has changed technologically and this has faciltated a better quality wine. Not all wine experts agree with this, as many of the big names prefer a more authentic, natural way of wine making. Nicolas Joly, consultant for biodynamic wine-growing, said: "the wine-grower must decide whether he wants his bodega to be a maternity hospital where the grapes give birth to wine rather than a plastic surgery”.

Wine making is has a set procedure and is therefore something that can not be created in a rush. Certain things need to be closely adhered to, otherwise the finished product would turn into a commercial drink.

The task is to satisfy the market without losing the characteristics of each wine.
This vineyard investment will allow this absolute optimum levels of both quality and production.
